I created this blog to inspire through my own stories of trials and triumphs. Writing has helped me get out of my head and afforded me another path to reach others by sharing the lessons and tools I’ve learned along the way. Writing is one of those tools and is also a big part of my own healing.

Life throws us many curve balls. Not every one is meant to throw you off course. Some are universally placed to bring us closer to living the life we imagined for ourselves.
